We process all orders based on customer confirmation, ensuring we meet your needs with care. All purchases on our website must follow the policies below without exception.

🔄 Returns

We are sorry for any inconvenience that led you to request a return. Please review the following carefully:

  • ✔️ Returns are only accepted for quality issues.
  • ✔️ Order number is mandatory for every return.
  • ✔️ Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photos & description of the issue.
  • ✔️ Items must be unused, complete, with original tags & packaging.
  • ✔️ Custom-made & Clearance products are non-returnable.
  • ✔️ Approved returns must include your order number, name, and address inside the package.
  • ✔️ The return must be shipped within 3 business days with valid courier & tracking info provided.
  • ✔️ All returned items will be inspected before approval.
  • ✔️ Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse credit if returned items are in unacceptable condition.

⚠️ Tailor-Made & Custom Items

Custom orders are defined as any item not available in standard inventory, or with modified size, color, or design. These items cannot be returned.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • ⏳ Orders can be canceled before shipping only.
  • 🚫 Custom-made & Clearance items are non-refundable.
  • 💵 Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee (you will receive 75% refund of the costume price).
  • 📦 Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will follow the return process.
