REFUND POLICY


We process all orders based on the confirmation received from customers, striving to meet all customer needs. All orders placed on our website must adhere to the following policies without exception.

Returns: We regret any inconvenience that led you to submit a Return request. To facilitate your return/refund process, please carefully review the following policies.
Please note: We only accept returns for quality issues.
1. Your order number is mandatory for each return. Without the order number, our After-Sales Service department cannot process your return.
2. Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original delivery date of your package. Any quality issues must be substantiated with photographic evidence and a description of the problem. For customer service contact, you will be directed here for further assistance.
3. Returns must be complete, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
4. Tailor-made (custom) items and Clearance products are not returnable.
5. Once your Return request is approved, please include your order number, name, and address inside your return package.
6. We recommend that you return the package to us as soon as possible. The returned package should be postmarked within 3 business days, and you should provide us with the relevant courier & tracking information so we can track your returned package.
7. Upon receipt of the returned package, our After-Sales Service department will process the return and inspect the returned items.
8. mascotcostumescreation.com reserves the right to refuse credit if items are returned in an unacceptable condition.
9. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Criteria for Tailor-made, Custom items: The item has never been made before. The item is not available in the selectable inventory on the site. Any costume that modifies the standard size, color, or design of the costume as seen in the selectable inventory on the site.
Cancellation:

NOTICE: Any tailor-made/custom items or Clearance products in the order are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been placed. To cancel the order and receive a partial refund of 75% of the costume purchase price, you must meet the following requirements.
Request cancellation via the provided telephone number or email. Cancel the order before it is shipped. The costume must not be customized. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns. All canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
